In sorting through our Christmas decorations, we found a bag of tinsle garland that was soaked with cat urine. Since tinsle is not something that can be laundered, I stretched out the garland on the floor, and sprayed the garland front and back, then hung them in the garage to dry. The next morning, we did a "sniff test" and guess what? NO ODOR! Thanks, What Odor!

I took a fishing trip to Galveston, Texas with friends. I bought some ribbon fish for bait, about 12 pounds of it. I put the plastic bags of bait into my insulated beverage bag. The plastic bags unbeknowns to me had a hole in it and leaked out the rancid bait juice into my bag. The bag also sat on the floor of the big party boat for 12 hours. The bait spoiled in the hot sun and the smell saturated the bag through and through. After the trip, my nephew carried the bag of spoiled and rancid smelling bait to my new van and put it in the back of the van. After some time getting the fish cleaned etc.. we went back to the van, which by now was spoiled bait fumagated and stunk high to heaven. I tried febreeze, and ozone spray together to make the smell tolerable with the windows cracked. By now however, the smell had also infiltrated my airconditioning system and the air filter. The smell was horrible! We we got back to Longview, Texas 5 hours away, I unloaded my van of all fishing gear. I also had already ditched my bag of bait into a dumpster in Galveston and thrown away the insulated bag as well. After the van was cleaned out and vacuumed the smell was still clearly in the carpet, the air and the upholstry. I spoke to a friend of mine in the janitorial supply business and he told me about a problem he had several years ago, and that he still had a partial 6oz. bottle left over called \\\"what odor?\\\" When I got the bottle that Sunday morning before church, I immediatley sprayed everything in the van, and sprayed up into the air return of my air conditioner and then went back inside for the church service. When church was over I got into the van to go home and noticed that the bad smell was totally gone!! I treated the van one more time for good measure and the smell has never come back, even in our Texas 107 degreee hot summer days! I will be making my new order soon to use in my taxi service for my entire fleet! Thanks, What Odor? my van smells new again!

We drink milk from glass bottles and one of them broke in trasport in my daughters car. The smell of sour milk in an enclosed car is not pleasant, especially when the weather starts warming up. We tried many different products to no avail. We were even researching the cost of new carpet for her car. Instead, we purchased What Odor and scrubbed the carpet in the car and let air dry. I would have to leave my smelly hockey equipment in the garage to dry, when I left it to dry it stunk up the whole room. What odor completely eliminated the odor, until i reused the equipment of course. Also, i used it in my friend's mother's car which would smell of cigarettes. What Odor did a fantastic job of taking the smell away.

I LOVE what Odor---my step son gave me his dirtbike pants that had been sprayed by our male cat but weren't found for several months.I just about gave up after several washing with normal cleaners until I remembered about the what odor I had ....I hung the pants on the line and sprayed the what odor on them and left them to air dry there. When I removed them from the line all that was left was a nice clean smell.I was relieved to not have to spend another $80 for new pants. Thank You what odor:)

My husband and I saved up and FINALLY graduated from college furniture and bought brand new couches. Two weeks later, our elderly cat began using it as his new litter box. I almost died and, in fact, cried about the ruining of the new couch. Once I calmed down and thoroughly cleaned the area, I grabbed the What Odor? and it completely took out the horrid smell of cat urine. We have also used it on the garbage cans, to eliminate the smell of smoke (up until we quit, visitors could not tell we smoked), freshen the cat boxes, and my husband's shoes (the worst). I used to use Febreeze, but disliked the smell and it did not work anywhere near as well. This is one product I cannot go without.

I am a High School Principal in Ingleside, Texas. We have had 15 plus inches of rain in the last week. Needless to say, flooding has become an issue. Gypcrete is a very soft and porous material used to level and insulate the floor during construction. Purchased a home, which something very pungent had soaked into the floor in one bedroom. Tried an excellent concrete sealer, Odoban, Drylock sealer, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol and bleach but nothing worked. Used What Odor and it almost rid of the odor entirely so whatever you use it on it must make contact with it. When spraying into the air to eliminate odor you are in essence making contact with the odor you do not see. The Gypcrete now had several layers of sealer, paint, and chemicals for the What Odor to cut through so it was not able to fully penetrate deep down into the problem. Be sure to use What Odor first on concrete, wood and other porous surfaces before sealing and it should eliminate the odor. Got rid of skunk odor in the house last night as it was warm and several windows were left opened. Spray a little in the air and into the HVAC air, return vent and ran the fan for a few minutes and it solved the problem. Best Odor eliminator thus far.

I first purchased What Odor? back in October 2009 and was very satisfied with it. I have found in the past that sometimes I would purchase a product to remove cat odors and it seemed to work a few times and then quit working. But not What Odor? We live on 14 acres with two large dogs that live in the house - a golden and a sheperd/chow mutt. They attacked and kiiled a baby skunk late one night as we were letting them out for the last time before bed. We had just come back from a trip. It was late and work was looming the next day. We sprayed them from head to toe with What Odor and shut them in the bathroom. A sheer act of desperation. We let them out the next morning prepared to keep them in there all day til we could get home and deal with the stench. THERE WAS NONE! Not on the dogs. Not in the bathroom. INCREDIBLE. I have multiple cats and one of them recently had an accident on my GOOD bed comforter. As anyone with cats knows, that generally means taking the comforter to the dump! There's NO WAY to clean cat odors completely. Then I remembered that I had WHAT ODOR in my cleaning cabinet, so I thought I�d give it a try. I spot cleaned the comforter first, and then COMPLETELY saturated the affected area with WHAT ODOR. Took about 3 hours to dry, but by the end of the day my cats were jumping onto the bed and actually LAYING on the area without alerting to any smell. I was AMAZED. I saw this a while ago on Pitchmen. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and thought this might be just the thing. And it is! Using this product around our house, you can't even tell we have animals. In our old house we had a real pet urine problem. We pulled the carpet up and sprayed What Odor on the back of the carpet replaced the carpet and sprayed the top of the carpet and the smell is gone. Our pets were no longer drawn to the area and the "potty accidents" stoped. This is a wonder product and no home should be without it. It works great in the laundry, too!

Bless my husband's heart...we have a different kind of litter box that uses pellets and a pad, kind of like a puppy pad. I forgot to put the pad in one time and my husband picked up the littler box so I could vacuum. Cat urine poured out! Instead of just setting the box down he ran to the bathroom to put it in the tub. Leaking urine the entire way. On our kitchen carpet. Oh did it reek. We tried baking soda, carpet cleaner stuff, Lysol, you name it. Plus on top of all this, the new blue heeler pup was missing his puppy pad. That’s when I remembered ‘What Odor‘®. It was a life (nose)-saver. It took a couple of times, but the odor went away. I have tried many other products that were specifically formulated and marketed as getting rid of cat urine odor I have tried them all and had NO success. What Odor? works wonders! Totally eliminates cat urine odor! What Odor? is my go to odor eliminator, works great my son's smelly work tennis shoes, he is on his feet all day pushing carts at Costco in the summer the temp is 110+ you can imagine how smelly they get a few sprays of what odor? eliminates the odor. For a few months now, I've been trying everything I could think of to get the cat urine smell out of my brand new leather couch. Right after it was delivered, my cat sneeked into the living room and decided to christen the couch. I thought my $1000 leather couch was ruined forever!! gave the small 6oz bottle to my daughter-in-law because she left towels in the washer and forgot about them. When she went to some laundry she found the towels all smellyand moldy. She tried bleach, vinegar even running the washer several times but nothing work, After I gave the what ordor she used just 3oz in the wash and the towels came out smelling fresh and useable again. I use it on pet accidents and around the litter boxes and found that it doesn't just cover the smell it really removes it. Just one spray and you'll say "What Odor?" This is so true!! Okay...here's the story. After Christmas...long flight home followed by long drive after that. Everyone is exhausted. We drag in the front door, struggling with our suitcases...only to discover a horrific smell coming from our garage. Hmmm...wonder what that could be? Gas leak?? Skunk?? Dead animal??? As we wander around the garage trying to find the culprit...my 9 year old son opens the refrigerator in the garage...you know, the one that holds the beer...only to discover that at some point during our 5 day departure, the darn thing stopped cooling!!! Now! Normally hot beer wouldn't be too much of a problem (well...oh nevermind. Story for a different time!) Anyhow...the mounds of chicken, sausage and hamburger meat in the freezer had worked together with the warm air to create a lethal aroma!! Needless to say...my 9 year old boy ran from the garage on the verge of yacking...and I was left alone, to face the smelly monster in the fridge. I got a clothes pin...put in on my nose...double bagged a trash can and got to work. An hour later...all the rotten chickensausagemeat monster was gone...but alas...the smell remained! (Understatement of the new year!!) So...I tried pinesol, bleach, windex...anything and everything. Lysol...nothing. Febreeze...nothing. Geez! I thought we were going to have to move!! Luckily...I have a very good friend that suggested What! Odor?! Okay...I do have to admit...I was a little skeptical at first. Come on...remember the chickensausagemeat monster? Yeah...he's still lingering around...3 weeks later. But...okay. I'll give it try. What's it gonna hurt...right? I have one problem with "What Odor?" It works too well. We use it for everything, so it doesn't last long. I wish you guys at "What Odor?" would get off the pot and provide it in gallon bottles. I have pets and it's great to add to the carpet cleaning solution for my carpet cleaner. It is the only thing I have ever used that actually gets the pet odors out of the carpet.

We have 4 cats and, one of them refuses to poop in the litter box. What Odor is GREAT for getting rid of that smell!!! It works FABULOSLY on cat urine, as well!!! I started using what odor for a couple weeks now, and I LOVE it! I�ve got this bad habit of forgetting about clothes in washing machine. Before, it would take at least another 5 washes to get the smell it left out of the clothes. With a little bit of What Odor?, just one wash and everything was as fresh as ever! I have twenty-two indoor cats and as some have gotten older they do not always make it to the litterpan, this is the only product I have ever bought that actually gets rid of the odor. It does not just cover it up in a flowery or chemical smell like most others. It gets RID of it. I would buy this product by the gallons if it was available. I used it in my carpet steam cleaner on my carpets and upholstery and it got rid of the cat odors as well as cigarette smells. This is the best product ever invented for odors. Thank you.

I ordered What Order? based on the Billy Mays (RIP) show but never had a real use for it. Then my 14 year old son started running cross country and I didn't know what the smell was that was in my mud room. Turns out it was his stinky sneakers, after 6 miles a day of rainy, sweaty running. I have tried so many products on our three areas of carpeting that the cat and dog like to use for a bathroom. I am constantly shampooing & I even hired a professional to come treat the pet urine areas costing me $200. I saw the product on Pitchmen & when I finally fount out where I could order it I was excited. I tried it on the smaller area first and within 20 min you couldnt smell any of the urine. I treated all three areas, but the largest I couldnt seem to remove all the odor. I decided to use a little bit of what odor in my carpet steamer with some hot water. I went over that area and when it dried you couldnt smell any of the pet smells! I was so excited I even ordered another set and use it in my laundry and anywhere else in my house where odors hide. Anyone that has ever used Liquid Fence to keep rabbits away from their flowers knows the power of this product. The idea is the odor will train the rabbits to stay away. We experienced a container of the product leaking in our garage and on a rug. After a few days of not being able to identify the horrible odor we discovered the container had leaked on the rug. I sprayed the rug with What Odor and a couple sprays into the air. I applied it twice but the odor was gone. This is a real testimonial the to power of What Odor. Not sure how it happened but my freezer full of meat apparently was unplugged for a time and as a result all the meat spoiled and left a terrible odor. After cleaning it we tired everything from coffee grounds to large amounts of bleach to eliminate the lingering odor, nothing worked. This is a great product and a great company to do business with. The first go round my UPS package was taken off the front porch of my apartment, when I e-mailed them letting them know I never received my order they got one out to me the next day! 3 days later I had my bottle of WHAT ODOR and I LOVE IT!!! I am a mother of 2 who works and goes to school full time. I am also a pet lover and we have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a hamster, and a bearded dragon. With all of those pets, you can only imagine the smells that are in my house, from litter box, cages, and dogs. When I saw this product on T.V. I saw this product on the tv show Pitchmen and thought about my husbands nasty stinky shoes. I bought the large gallon size. It arrived and I was so excited. I sprayed it on his shoes that would make you puke, and it worked I had to spray them down twice just to get all of it but the first spray down was great you couldn't even smell the nasty that it was before. I did the second spray down just to make sure. I loaned it to my mother also to take the smoke smell out of her home since she is trying to quit smoking it makes it easier if you don't smell it all over. It did the trick nothing else worked not even the $200 air purifier worked. I can't wait to try it on my mother in laws back room that the cat turned into a liter box. I love this stuff!

I am truly impressed! I moved into an apartment, that obviously had pets, the carpet in two rooms smelled like eliminations (you know what I mean). I thought I was stuck! i just recently bought what odor and oh my god what a difference. my dog got sprayed by a skunk and rubbed herself all over the furniture and i couldn't get the smell out. i gave her her a bath in tomato juice and that didn't work. i sprayed my furniture and what a difference. NO ODOR. i sprayed my dog and NO ODOR. thanks for the best stuff and i will recommend this to anyone. it even works in shoes.

I am a custom painter who specializes in interior painting for residential and commercial properties. The smell of paint fumes can be unbearable. What Odor? is the only product I have found that works for the smell, not to mention it is non-reactive so I don't have to worry about harmful fumes or gases and it won't compromise the quality of the paint job. I tell everyone about What Odor? any chance you guys could come up with eco-friendly paint products like thinners or strippers? Just a thought...

One summer my husband emptied the garbage and a bag with raw meat broke when the garbage truck came to dump it. Unfortunately the smell stayed in too long and you could smell it when you drove up. I too have tried them all. My older cat will only use PaPurr cat litter, and when it stopped being available I tried a variety of scoopable litters. He either would use the floor or try to beat the clumps to pieces then tracking wet gloppy paws all over. I treid all the urine odor removers on the market, and also professional cleaning. Nothing worked. What Odor is amazing! One application removed the odors. I also added some to my home carpet steam cleaner with the cleaning solution. Got all the carpet fresh and clean. This great company also picked up the PaPurr cat litter (FortheEarth) so now everyone is happy cats and humans>

I had two problems. 1.) My wife smokes in her car, What Odor? is the only product that works without the residual perfume smell. 2.) My dogs go to the door when needing to go outside, sometimes not making it on the wood floor. What Odor? penetrates the surface as does the urine and eliminated the smell. My husband and I enjoyed sitting around the campfire at night while camping in Colorado, but our clothes and hair got very smokey. Spraying our clothes with What Odor eliminated the smell immediately. I sprayed my fingers and ran them through my hair to get the smoke out. That worked, too. I think What Odor would be great to use in a nursing home. The product has a very fresh, pleasing scent. I have a friend who is an airline attendant who thinks this product would be very useful on an airplane.

Unbelievable, I am a very skeptical person to begin with, however, What Odor made a believer out of me. I was skeptical when I purchased your product at the home show. My 16 year old cat has had several accidents on my microfiber couch. We travel in a 40ft Allegro Bus which has storage compartments underneath. While parked in an area where the field mice were able to come in to the storage area, we experienced very bad odor from dead mice. After spraying What Odor, the odor was completely gone and has never returned!
